Project - Restrict Orders to Project Products by Item Type

Add the ability to be able to restrict products in a project based on a products item type for order entry.

Example: I want to only restrict concrete items on the project but not associated and extra products.

    2022.2 version of Command Series, the project file contains a new flag "restrict orders to project mixes only".
