Sundry Charge Table - Allow ability to select multiple plants

Currently Sundry Tables only allow you the following choices when creating a table:

Select ALL Companies, ALL Plants
Select ONE Company, ALL Plants
Select ONE Company, ONE Plant

Would like to be able to select One Company and Select more than one Plant but have the ability to exclude Plants as needed. Or be able to apply the Sundry Table by Plants only and remove the Plants you do not want affected by the Table.
