We pass most of our "master" data from our EPR system into Command - such as Customers, Products, Pricing, etc. We dont allow master data to be updated in Command. We use the ADIO process for this - where our ERP system creates a txt file of the data and Command processes it in. We are preparing Command to E-mail invoices to our customers, and the E-mail address will be coming from our ERP system, but there is no ADIO process for this table. Thus, we will have to direct hit the Command database to get the information over - which ends up being an unsupported process.
