Allow fields to be required on the Ticket/Weights Data Out

We would like the ability for the Shipping Plant Code and Company Code fields to be made required on the Ticket/Weights Data Out screen. We have multiple companies sharing a CS system, and if they forget to put a plant code or company code, they then mistakenly export all tickets instead of just their own.
