User wants to sort Drivers by their seniority in one plant while by 'hours worked' in another plant. Or one day based on the Seniority (e.g. Monday if hours worked is calculated for current week), another day based on the hours worked. Rest of the setup can be in configuration and should be taken consideration based on the sorting preference.
Otherwise dispatcher/scheduler will need to be given access to configuration to change as it is necessary
